Data deletion request

You can ask us to delete the personal information BMCorner holds about you: your name, email address, phone number and order history.

How to request deletion

Email sp@bmcorner.com.au with the subject line Delete my data, from the email address you used to order. Tell us your name and the phone number on your orders so we can find your records.

We reply within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 days.

What we keep

Australian tax law requires us to keep sales records for 5 years. Those records are kept separately and are not used for marketing.

The BMCorner app

The app itself stores nothing about you on our servers. Your cart and your last order are saved only on your phone, and clearing them is as simple as uninstalling the app.
