This is not your average roast pork. We use premium whole pork belly at $22/kg wholesale, we don't use cheaper cuts like leg, shoulder at just $9/kg.
That's a 2.5x difference in quality before we even start cooking.
Here's what most people don't know: 1kg of raw pork belly yields only about 600g after slow-roasting - nearly half the weight is lost as fat renders out, leaving behind pure, concentrated flavour with that signature crackling skin. That's why every bite is juicy, rich, and deeply satisfying, not watery or bland like mass-produced roast pork.

Each roll is layered with:
- Slow-roasted crackling pork belly: juicy, crispy, and deeply flavourful. Made from premium whole belly, not pre-made deli meat
