Our Classic Bánh Mì brings together the best of Vietnamese street food - layered with care, made from scratch daily, and served inside a crispy golden baguette.

- Grilled pork sausage (chả nướng) - 60g of Vietnamese pork sausage, seasoned with our house recipe
- Premium crackling roast pork - 30g of the same slow-roasted whole pork belly we use in our famous Cracking Pork Roll ($22/kg wholesale, roasted in-house daily)
- 50-year family pâté - 30g, rich and silky
- House-made creamy egg butter - 30g, adds a gentle savoury touch
- Pickled carrot & daikon, fresh spring onion, and coriander - for brightness and crunch
- Two signature homemade sauces: Volcano (spicy) and Grandma sauce - you won't find these anywhere else in Australia
All served inside a crispy, golden baguette - crunchy on the outside, pillowy on the inside.
