My name is Anna. I grew up in a small village by the Thạch Hãn river in central Vietnam, where food wasn’t just something we ate — it was how we expressed love, gratitude, and togetherness.
I started cooking when I was six, helping my mom prepare meals for our big family. I learned early on that food carries energy — that a dish made with love could comfort, heal, and uplift someone after a long day.
This belief has shaped every dish we serve at BMCorner, whether it’s our soul-warming Phở, crispy Spring Rolls, or our signature Cracking Pork Banh Mi.
