At BM Corner, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality Vietnamese food. We want you to have the best experience with us, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Order Issues & Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your food. We will verify the issue and offer a suitable solution:
✅ A replacement of the correct item (subject to availability)
✅ A store credit for your next order
✅ A refund if the item cannot be replaced
2. Food Quality Concerns
We strive for freshness and consistency, but if you are unsatisfied with the food quality, please:
✅ Take a photo of the item and describe the issue
✅ Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
🚨 For Pickup & Delivery Orders:
• Cancellations made before food preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations after food preparation has started will not be refunded.
🚨 For Doordash/Uber Eats Orders:
• Refunds & order adjustments must be handled directly with Doordash/Uber Eats as they manage the transaction and delivery.
4. No-Show & Missed Deliveries
• If you do not pick up your order within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we will not be able to refund or remake your meal.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no response from the customer, the order is non-refundable.
