That first crack of a hot spring roll is the sound of good things. Ours are hand-rolled from a recipe passed down over a two-hour phone call with Anna's mother, then fried golden and crisp to order.

Each one is packed with seasoned pork, vermicelli, carrot and wood ear mushroom in a light, crunchy shell, served with our signature Spring Roll Sauce that regulars come back for by the bottle. Growing up, spring rolls were a once-a-year Tet treat, one per person. Now we fry a couple of thousand a week so you never have to share unless you want to.
