I spent seven years studying and working in Hue, and throughout that time, no dish captured my heart like Bun Bo Hue. Its fragrant blend of lemongrass, fermented shrimp paste, and bold spices left an impression I could never forget.

When I moved to Australia for my studies, I found myself craving that signature aroma and depth of flavor. Upon returning to Vietnam, fate brought me to a local chef who not only passed on her treasured Bun Bo Hue recipe, but also welcomed me into her kitchen, where I had the privilege to cook and serve alongside her.

This dish has remained my favorite for the past seven years, a comfort food and a symbol of home. At BM Corner, I’m proud to bring that same experience to you, especially if you’re someone who appreciates the rich, spicy, soul-warming taste of authentic Bun Bo Hue.
